Back in Fashion: Golden Globes Edition

As my wife pointed out last night, this was the year of the strangely unflattering plunging neckline, almost none of which worked. Still, there were a few standouts last night:

Salma Hayek

OK, Salma's not getting any love from Tom & Lorenzo here, and I can kind of see their point, but really, she looked fantastic on the stage. One supposes few outfits serve both masters well.

Michelle Dockery

Lea and I both wanted to get a better look at this dress, but she was kind of shoved in the corner the few times she was on camera. Which is tragic, because this is gorgeous.

Tina Fey



Tina, this is your dress. You win at Golden Globes. And you and Amy Poehler win at hosting. I actually liked Ricky Gervais, but I didn't miss him at all. And while this was not Amy's dress, she did have the best line of the night: "THAT WAS HILLARY CLINTON'S HUSBAND!!!" Seriously, these two can host everything and I'll be fine.
